Q.
How can I set up me.com account?


A.

※ibisMail had correspond to auto detection setting since ver.2.9.4. Currently, only manual setting is available. Please take these steps below for settings.

1) Please tap "Add Account..." in "Settings" page.
2) Please tap "Others" in "Select Service" page.
※Please choose "Others" although "iCloud" is viewed in this Service list due to external reason.
3) Please fill out information required by "New Account" setting.
4) After the third step, please verify all information filled out by yourself is correct.
If partial part is wrong, please rectify in checking information below.

【Incoming mail server】

Host : imap.mail.me.com
User : local-part of e-mail address
※For example、if yours is abc***@me.com, please fill out only abc***.
SSL : On
Authentification : Password
Server Port : 993

【Outgoing mail server】

Host : smtp.mail.me.com
User : local-part of e-mail address
※For example、if yours is abc***@me.com, please fill out only abc***.
SSL : On
Authentication : Password
Server Port : 587
