Regarding the Issue Where the ibisPaint app Cannot Be Launched from the Home Screen Icon on Android Devices

If you are unable to launch the ibisPaint app from the home screen icon on your Android device, we kindly ask that you first check whether the app can be launched properly via the Google Play Store.
If the app launches without issues from the Google Play Store, please restart your device. If the situation does not improve, please remove the app icon from your home screen and then re-add it from the app list. This may help improve the issue.
※Please take care not to unintentionally uninstall the app during this process.
If the issue is not resolved after following the above steps, or if the application cannot be launched from the Google Play Store either, we sincerely regret the inconvenience and kindly ask that you contact us via the support channel below.
