Q.
About the copyright and commercial use of artworks created using ibisPaint A. Artworks that have been originally created using ibisPaint are considered to be the copyright of the user who created them. There is no problem to post your modified artwork on social networking sites, use it as an icon, or even use it for commercial purposes. However, we respectfully request that you ensure the artwork does not infringe upon the reputation, privacy rights, portrait rights, or any other legal rights of any third party. This confirmation is especially important when determining whether the content is indeed entirely original. When using materials or stamp brushes provided within the ibisPaint application, we would greatly appreciate it if you could carefully review the information provided on the following page and take the content into account: https://ssl.ibis.ne.jp/faq/11/ibisPaintforiPad/q/87/ Regarding artworks that incorporate fonts via the text tool, please comply with the terms of use stipulated by the font manufacturer. We kindly ask that you search for the usage terms of each font (for example, by using Google and the font’s name), as defined by the creator. For "Additional Fonts", please check the license information by selecting the “Show License” button in the alert box shown after installing the font. If the “Show License” button is not available, or if the font is a default one preinstalled in the ibisPaint application (i.e., installed on the device by default), we respectfully recommend that you contact the manufacturer of your device for further information. Videos exported from ibisPaint, such as timelapse or animation videos, utilize the H.264/AVC codec. If you plan to make commercial use of a video longer than 12 minutes, a royalty payment for the use of H.264 may be required. For more detailed information regarding the license fees, kindly refer to the following page: https://www.via-la.com/licensing-2/avc-h-264/avc-h-264-license-fees/ [*]Category's Question List [0]Product FAQ Top [#]Product Guide ![]() |
