Q.
I get a “Communication Error” and cannot synchronize my artworks to the Cloud Storage

Please try the following steps.
1. Take a backup of your artworks and settings.

 Backup of artwork and settings :
Switching devices / transferring data (iOS)
Switching devices / transferring data (Android)
Switching devices / transferring data (Windows)

2. Log out of your Authentication Account in the ibisPaint app.
3. Uninstall and reinstall the app.
4. Log in again with the same Authentication Account and try to sync.
※ During the synchronization, do not let the screen sleep, do not return to the home screen, or open any other applications.
