Please check if the ID and password entered are correct and enter the correct ID and password. ・If the message “Failed to retrieve your information.” is displayed, please check if the use of X is restricted by your internet service provider's filtering. ・If the time setting of your device is incorrect, login may fail. Please close the application once and check if the following operation improves the issue.
