In ibisPaint for Android, when starting the application, the error message "License authorization failed. Error Code: X" is displayed.

The method of handling the error code differs depending on the type of error code, so please refer to the following and try the method corresponding to the displayed error code.

  • If the error code is 1, 2, 3, or 5, please try reinstalling the application through Google Play.

  • If the error code: is 291, please check the network connection status and try again.

  • For the error codes other than the above, please restart your device, clear the Google Play services data, or try reinstalling the app through Google Play.
