・iOS devices
You may be able to purchase the product with an Apple Gift Card, which is one of the payment methods of the App Store. Please contact the App Store for details on available payment methods.

・Android devices
If you cannot set up a payment method in your child's personal account due to their age or other reasons, and can only pay using Google Play's family payment method, then we are sorry, but it is not possible to purchase a subscription.

ibisPaint also does not support sharing with Family Library, so even if you subscribe for Prime Membership on your (parent's) account, it will not be available for use on the child's account.
・Microsoft Store
If the Family Safety option is turned on, please follow the steps below to temporarily turn off the purchase request option and try to do the purchase again.
1. Sign in to the Family Page with the Microsoft account of the parent who has set up the Family Safety.

2. In the child's account, select [More Options] > [Spending].
3. Toggle “Require permission to purchase” to off.
4. Reboot your device and try to to make the purchase again.
Please note that you may need to register your credit card for purchases, and you may also need to turn off the “Notify me every time I make a purchase” option.
