Q.
The app freezes at MyGallery.


A.
Please terminate the app once following below and then restart the app.

[How to terminate app]
1. Press home button once and open the home screen.
2. Double-press home button and open living app list.
3. Long-press the icon if ibisPaint.
4. Tap [x] on the left top of the icon.
5. Press home button and close the app list.

If the situation is not changed after restart, please back up the illustrations and re-install the app following below.

[How to back up works]
1. Connect your iPad to your PC/Mac with USB cable and start iTunes on your PC/Mac.
2. Click your device in the left tree and click "App" on the right pane.
3. Click ibisPaint in the app list on left bottom of the right pane.
4. Your illustrations in MyGallery is displayed.
5. Select vector files (those with extension ".ipv") and save them into your PC/Mac.

[How to re-install app]
1. Press home button once and open the home screen.
2. Long-press the icon if ibisPaint.
3. Tap [x] on the left top of the icon.
4. Press "Delete" on the confirmation dialog.
→Uninstall completed.

5. Open the App Store.
6. Input "ibisPaint" in the text box on right top and do search.
7. Open the window of ibisPaint and install.
*The price may be displayed but it is not charged on you if you have already bought it.

[How to restore works]
1. Connect your iPad to your PC/Mac with USB cable and start iTunes on your PC/Mac.
2. Click your device in the left tree and click "App" on the right pane.
3. Click ibisPaint in the app list on left bottom of the right pane.
4. Press add button and add the vector files you have backed up.
