An error occurred and I cannot open the artwork.


A.
The artwork file might have been damaged for some reason.
We might be able to recover the file, so please contact us here.
Please attach the IPV file of your artwork then.

Export Artwork file(IPV) :
1. Select an artwork on My Gallery Screen.
2. Tap the Share button.
3. Select Artwork(IPV).
4. Please send your IPVfile as an attachment in Inquiry.
