A message is displayed saying "An artwork file is broken".

It seems that the artwork file has been corrupted due to some reasons.
It may be possible to restore it, so please contact us here.
Please attach the IPV file of your artwork.
[Export Artwork file(IPV)]
1. Select an artwork on My Gallery Screen.
2. Tap the Share button.
3. Select Artwork(IPV).
4. Select "Mail app".

If the size is too large to send, please refer to the FAQ below.
