Q.
The ads started to show again since I re-installed ibisPaint X.
I payed for "Remove-Ads Add-on" or "Prime Membership" though the ads still appears.

Please check the following and see if you can recover "Remove-Ads Add-on" or "Prime Membership".

  1. Login with the account that you have purchased on Setting app (iOS) or Google Play app (Android).
  2. Open ibisPaint Settings screen by tapping the gear icon on the title screen.
  3. Tap "Restore Purchased Rights".
