I fail to register the Google account on the settings window.
I fail to register the Google account on the settings window.
A.
Registering the Google account fails by the issue of the OS if you use the ibisPaint on iOS 5.0 or 5.0.1.
Please update the iOS of the device or set “Use a Google account of your own” to OFF.
Please check that an ID (e-mail address) and a password are correct if you use other devices.
If “Failed to retrieve your information” error is shown even if you input a correct ID and a password, please check that the My Channel of the Youtube account has been created.
You can check the My Channel from “My Channel” which is shown by clicking the account which is shown in upper right.
Please create the My Channel if you haven’t created the My Channel yet.
Please change the window to the PC mode by tapping “PC” button which is shown at upper left before you operate these on the iPad or the iPhone.
The same error is shown if you enable “2-step verification” of the Google.
The ibisPaint doesn’t support “2-step verification”.
Please configure “Application-specific passwords” or enable “2-step verification”.
Please check the help of the Google about the configuration of “2-step verification” and “Application-specific passwords”.
