Q.
App crashes when uploading.


A.
When crash happens during uploading, please try reading illustration to the last.
If reading goes to the last, ibisPaint might have lack of memory.
Please close another apps by taking steps below and retry uploading.

[Way of closing app]
  1. Please bring up task bar (double press home) by doing Double-click.
  2. Then press and hold app until its icon starts shaking.
  3. A minus sign in a red circle appears on the corner of the app.
  4. Tapping that minus should unload the app.
*There may be also app which hasn't been working although it appears in task bar.
If that doesn't conclude the problem, please reboot your device and retry uploading.

If illustration reading doesn't go to the last, we'll try seeking reason.
If you can’t play your illustration until last, we can check your illustration.
